Be an Active Member of UPA for Just $25/Month
UPA is committed to generating increasing strength in numbers in a single group setting; so we designed the Value Phase. During this phase, you can gradually incorporate the benefits of UPA at just $25/month without increasing your fees until after UPA has proven its value.
As a Value Member, you experience all the benefits of the Equity Option (including UPA's Patient Care Improvement Initiatives) except equity potential - at a very low cost.
As legal documents are signed entering the Value Phase, UPA assists new physician members with insurance plan credentialing. During the transition period, you bill more and more of your work through UPA. As you become credentialed, you begin billing under the UPA tax ID number; however, your prior company structure does not need to be entirely dismantled.
The adminstrative fee remains $25/month during the Value Phase unless UPA demonstrates to you an increase in your revenue or a decrease in your expenses. (See Pricing.)
In order to be eligible for an equity option in UPA, new members must advance to become Equity Members.
