See If UPA Makes Sense at Low Risk to You
With UPA we believe in the value that we create for our members, but we want you to decide that for yourself through UPA's Evaluation Phase. Here's how it works:
- You sign up as a UPA Evaluation Member by signing the UPA Letter of Intent
, and agreeing to its confidentiality obligations. - During the evaluation period, confidential information is exchanged that is required to remain confidential; you'll also gain access to many of the UPA member advantages:
- UPA will provide you with a personalized review of your current administrative operations in comparison to what UPA could provide.
- We provide you with access to UPA's patient care improvement initiatives, including access to our Patient Satisfaction Survey and discounted access to patient education materials.
- Evaluation membership in UPA costs just a $1/month documentation fee with no termination fees or other hidden fees at any time. You are free to leave with notice whenever you wish.
- You have a transition period to decide if UPA is right for you. If not, you can leave with no termination fee and no further obligations beyond the confidentiality provisions of the Letter of Intent.
Once You Decide that joining UPA makes sense for You...
- You can become a UPA Value Member if you want to minimize your capital outlay as long as possible.
- Or you can become a UPA Equity Member when you want to maximize the benefits of UPA membership, and build equity in the company.
