Try Out UPA at Very Low Risk
You can see if UPA is right for you at very low risk and cost. And once you decide to join, you are free to leave with notice at any time. We believe in the value behind UPA and we think after you give it a try, you will, too.
There are just two phases to becoming a member:
1. The Evaluation Phase
You and your partners explore UPA membership to determine if UPA is the right fit for you.
2. The Membership Phase
When the Evaluation Phase shows you UPA has real potential to improve the way you practice, choose a membership option for Phase 2
Option A: Value Membership
If you prefer low cost to equity, then Value Membership will interest you. You can become a UPA provider and bill under UPA rates, have access to UPA's patient care improvement initiatives, and experience the benefits of full membership while minimizing your capital outlay.
Option B: Equity Membership
If you desire building equity in the business in which you work, then Equity Membership will interest you. You can become a UPA provider, and experience all the benefits of full membership while building an equity option in the company.

We welcome any physician in any specialty committed to delivering quality care and who wishes to work cooperatively with fellow physicians to create the best possible physician advocacy group. We demonstrate that physician advocacy leads to patient advocacy.
